The Togo and Awana flags at one of the Awana clubs we visited. One of
the things we did was to visit local clubs, we would run game time, teach
a Bible lesson, do puppets, etc. That's a pretty typical MIT thing. |
Another thing we did was to train local leaders to run the first Togo
AwanaGames! (formerly know as Awana Olympics) It was a lot of fun! We taught
the rules to the leaders and they ran the games, everything went really
smoothly until it rained. Fortunately, God held back the rain until after
the gospel message. |

I must have spent 10 minutes looking for Heather before I finally identified
the person under the mass of kids. She had too much fun. :-) |
These kids go to a Christian school run by a local church. We also visited
a number of similar schools. |
